WILL MY DOG BE WITH OTHER DOGS?

Your pet will see other dogs but will not be in direct contact, except dogs of the same family can board and exercise together.

MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET, CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

If your pet has a special diet, please bring their food and we will accommodate their feeding schedule and food portions 

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT/DAYCARE BOARDING?

We supply your dog(s) with a pillow bed and a fleece blanket, but we do recommend that you bring your dog's own things to make them feel more comfortable while they are staying with us. 

DOES SOMEONE STAY WITH THE DOGS OVERNIGHT?

Our facility is located just a few steps away from our house, so your dog will be monitored 24/7 during their stay. 

HOW MANY TIMES DOES MY DOG GO OUT FOR POTTY BREAKS?

Your pet will be let out to a personal exercise area 3-4 times a day for overnight stays. Daycare stays will depend on the length of stay. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DOG ISN'T VACCINATED? 

Even though our policy is not to have dogs in direct contact it is still important to prevent disease from spreading with that said we cannot board unvaccinated dogs at this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check in and out times vary by day, as listed below:

WHAT IF I FORGET MY DOGS FOOD?

We do offer food for dogs; we serve brand here and there is an extra charge for feeding. 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO BOARD MY DOG?

You should bring anything that would make your dog more comfortable. Also, we recommend bringing your dog's own food to help keep their diet the same and to prevent any stomach problems.  Toys are also encouraged but we do not recommend any rope toys, rawhides, or anything that would cause a choking hazard.  

CAN MY DOG GET PERSONAL TIME?

Yes, we offer additional play time for an extra charge, which could include play fetched, going for a walk, or just some special attention.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?

Feel free to call us or email us if you have any concerns for your dog or you just want to see how they are doing. We don't mind letting you know.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T PICK MY DOG UP DURING REGULAR HOURS?

If something comes up and you can't get your dog during regular hours, please let us know ahead of time, we are willing to accommodate your needs. If not scheduled a head of time, there is a late fee.

WHERE DO I SEND MY DOGS VACCINE RECORDS?

You can email a copy of the records or fax them to us, or you can bring them in for us to make a copy at drop-off.
